Energy Merchant LLC was formed as the principal operating company of Energy Merchant Corp.  Energy Merchant LLC is licensed to deliver energy products in multiple states and has shipped these products on various pipelines and distributed them through an extensive terminal network.  EML is also active in biofuels supply, distribution, and trading domestically and internationally.

Renewable Energy Products, LLC was developed and formed by Energy Merchant as a biodiesel production and marketing company.   The company currently has one biodiesel plant project active in California. 

Energy Merchant Intermarket Futures LLC is a CFTC & NFA Registered Independent Introducing Broker which executes transactions on all domestic and most international exchanges. Additionally EMIF executes OTC commodity trades with premier OTC dealers.
Participating with Energy Merchant is Intermarket LLC. 

Lakeland Development Company is a company which is involved in clean up and development of the one of the largest contiguous parcels of land in Los Angeles County,  This property is the site of the former Powerine Refinery in Santa Fe Springs California.
